Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

CaldaPro ("CaldaPro," "we," "us") provides field service software that home service companies use to schedule, dispatch, quote, invoice and communicate with their customers. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@caldapro.com.

Two kinds of information

Account information belongs to the companies and people who use CaldaPro — for example a user's name, email address and profile photo from the Google or Microsoft account they sign in with, their role and phone number, and billing details for the company.

Customer data is what a company puts into CaldaPro about its own customers and jobs — names, addresses, phone numbers, job notes, photos, estimates, signatures, invoices, payment records, call records and messages. The company that entered it controls it. We process customer data only to provide CaldaPro to that company, following its instructions.

What we collect

How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer data for advertising.

Text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Text message terms. When someone replies STOP, or tells a company they don’t want texts, CaldaPro records that choice for their number and blocks texts to it. Message frequency varies with your appointments and messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

Service providers we use

We rely on trusted providers that process information on our behalf, only to run CaldaPro:

We may also share information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

Keeping information separate and secure

Each company's data is kept separate, and only people that company invites can see it. Access within a company is limited by the permissions its owner or admins set. Information is encrypted in transit, and access to production systems is restricted.

How long we keep information

We keep account and customer data while a company uses CaldaPro. When a company closes its account, it can ask us to export or delete its data; we delete it within a reasonable time unless we must keep something to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. Requests sent through our website form are kept as long as needed to follow up.

Deleting your account

You can delete your own CaldaPro account at any time from your profile in the app, or by email if you can't sign in. Your sign-in and your profile (name, email address, phone number and photo) are removed. Jobs, signed documents, photos, messages and other records you worked on stay with the company you worked for, as its business records, and keep your name as it was written on them. The steps and the details are at caldapro.com/delete-account.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@caldapro.com. If your information was entered by a service company that uses CaldaPro, please contact that company first — they control that data — and we will help them respond.

Children

CaldaPro is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Who we are

CaldaPro is operated by Scott Thomas Moree II, doing business as CaldaPro, San Diego, California. Contact: hello@caldapro.com.

Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let account owners know.
