Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These terms govern your company's use of CaldaPro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of your company. Questions? Email hello@caldapro.com.

Agreeing to these terms

The company owner accepts these terms in the app before using CaldaPro, on behalf of the company. We keep a record of who accepted, when, and which version. When we make a material change, the owner is asked to accept the new version.

Your account

The company owner is responsible for the account and for everyone they invite. Keep sign-in accounts secure, give people only the access they need, and remove users who leave. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your data

Your company owns the data it puts into CaldaPro. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide and support the service. You can export your data while your account is active, and ask us to delete it when you leave.

Your responsibilities

Acceptable use

Don't use CaldaPro to send spam or unlawful messages, to break the law, to access other companies' data, to probe or overload the service, or to resell it without our permission. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

Plans, usage and billing

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time; the service stays active through the end of the period you've paid for. Prepaid periods are not refunded except where required by law.

Third-party services

CaldaPro works with services such as Google, Microsoft, Twilio, Stripe and SendGrid. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and features that depend on them may change if they do.

Availability and warranty

We work hard to keep CaldaPro running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that CaldaPro will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time: maintenance, outages at the services we rely on, bugs and, rarely, data loss can happen. CaldaPro is a growing product, and features may be added, changed or removed. Keep your own records of anything critical to your business, and use the export tools regularly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CaldaPro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your company paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You will defend and hold CaldaPro harmless from claims by third parties — including your customers and employees — that arise from your company's use of the service, the information you put into it, the texts, calls and emails you send through it, or your breaking the law or these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; if a change is material we will give account owners notice before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
